We had a great experience with Katrina when we purchased out property at Goolmangar. Katrina made herself available and contactable during the negotiation phase of our purchase and she was extremely approachable during all facets of the purchase.

Meeting Katrina has been a pleasure. Her relaxed and professional approach gave us real confidence in working through our decisions. Katrina has a wealth of information on areas, housing stock, investment strategy and more to share. She has guided us through the buying process and when it's our time to sell we will be happy to use her agency.

Katrina from the initial consult was very informative. Her attitude and professionalism was of the highest. Her knowledge of the industry and the local market was on point. A major strength was the communication between us, Chris the other consultant and herself. At all stages we were aware of what was happening.

From day one Katrina and her team acted on their fiduciary responsibilities on the sale of our property. I would highly recommend Katrina and her to anyone who asks.

Katrina was very professional and effective in her communication between the relative parties in the purchase of the property and recommend her highly as an agent.

Katrina displays many qualities that other agents do not. She is calm & professional. In every call & meeting Katrina was polite & respected your position. We can only assume she treated the buyer with the same qualities. It felt like we all worked together. It is nice to be working with someone who created her own style & branding.

Katrina Beohm wasn't the first agent to market our property, but she was definitely the one that got the job done in the end and we're extremely glad that we changed agents when we did!! Not only did she approach our situation gracefully she demonstrated extreme professionalism and knowledge around our high-end property in the Byron Bay Hinterland, which impressed us from the very start. Katrina and her amazing team worked around the clock to make sure our marketing & advertising was spot on, I highly recommend including the Video Marketing, Phil the master videographer is amazing, he truely captured our property in all its true beauty. All our private inspections were carried out thoroughly with maximum exposer by the lovely Katrina (I had the pleasure of attending a couple, and I was very impressed.). I have already recommended Katrina to a friend who is now listed with her and I will definitely not hesitate in recommending her to anyone else who's looking to sell their property no matter what price range Katrina and her team will sell it!! Thank you once again Katrina and your entire team for a great selling experience. A special shout out to Ellen 'You Rock' !! The DAX'S Maki, Mike & Frankie
