From the initial meeting, it was clear that Ericka was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional in real estate. She walked us through pricing expectations and her reading of the market and estimate on end sale price was spot on. We thought we would have to polish our floors and make all sorts of fixes and improvements to achieve the best possible outcome, but Ericka gave us smart advice on where to spend and where to save. The improvements/detailing team and styling company she recommended were also well priced and great to deal with and we were very happy with the end result. We received detailed bi-weekly reports and had a final report and strategy meeting the day before the auction.
