I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sophie, we have known Sophie for many years, and she comes highly recommended, having facilitated both purchases and sales for my sister with record results. This marks the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Sophie to sell my property. Sophie consistently achieves results that leave everyone pleasantly surprised. I am a developer and architect, and my business partner and I know many people in this industry. We had heard of Sophie for a long time, and this was our first connection with her as we bought a property from her. This experience allowed us to get to know her better, and overall, the whole process was very smooth. She is highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and patient. I would unquestionably choose Sophie if we are considering buying or selling again. Thanks Sophie!

We've known Sophie for a long time and many of our friends buying and selling with her. In Boroondara, she's the best choice without a doubt. The market is tough, but Sophie is a real pro and very genuine. We would like to say a BIG thank you to her from the bottom of our hearts. We just sold our property, and we're really thankful for all the hard work Sophie put in to make it happen. If you're thinking about selling or buying, we highly recommend Sophie as the first choice. Well done Sophie! 👏

When we were searching to buy a property in Kew, we visited numerous houses, but none seemed to be the perfect fit for us. Property hunting was becoming quite challenging and time-consuming. However, everything changed when we met Sophie. Through a series of conversations, Sophie took the time to truly understand our needs and requirements. She guided us to the right property. Thank you, Sophie!!

Sophie is always there and available when we need any clarification. She is also personally showing the house despite her very busy schedule and always have time for us when we call to chat. We really enjoy her service.

Sophie has very accurate and detailed market knowledge. Sophie is a consummate professional with a superb team assisting her work - another agent that works with Sophie all the time and an administration officer as well. This means that any problems that crop up before or after the sale are dealt with very promptly and with great efficiency - Kay and Burton's Concierge service is also excellent in resolving minor maintenance issues incredibly quickly. Sophie works enormously hard on your behalf as vendor. Our auction was very well attended with 6 bidders, testament to her wide network of prospective buyers. Sophie and her team have great judgment on what will bring out the best in the property and what is unnecessary to improve in presentation. Sophie is easy to communicate with and always available.

We bought a block of land from Sophie last month, and she was amazing! She was genuine, punctual, and professional throughout the process. Even though we didn't know her initially, our friends had great things to say about her, and they were right! Sophie is a well-known real estate agent in the area, and she's so easy to talk to. Buying land can be time-consuming, but Sophie made everything straightforward and smooth. We'll definitely choose her for any future buying or selling needs. Highly recommended!
