Sophie sold my property few years ago, I know she always try her best to achieve the record price! She did it again! We had 5 bidders on the auction day, sold under hammer! During the campaign she clearly identifies prospective buyers, understands their interests and buying potential. Importantly, great advice on which aspects to put priority. The sale outcome was fantastic! Thank you Sophie!

I know Sophie for a long time and had the pleasure of dealing with her before. Sophie is an extraordinary agent and she is the only agent I trust. We had a super successful auction, sold under hammer on the day and broke the record price of the street. She has been a strategic guide on how we approach campaigning, pricing, styling, and more. Sophie – Absolutely Top Five-starts Agent!

Sophie is a great communicator and she kept us updated and reassured throughout. Our accountant introduced her to us, they sold all their family houses through Sophie. We are in Sydney, the campaign was meticulously planned, she started taking buyers through before the tenants moved out, we were also provided with excellent assistance in the organization of the presentation of the property. In a fluctuating market, Sophie’s strategy and hard work yielded an excellent outcome sold before auction.

We found Sophie to be a highly attentive agent. We were treated almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Sophie was honest about all the feedback and questions relating to the property. Sophie is the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to sell or buy property again she will be on the top of the list.
