I was put at ease with Gary's excellent knowledge of the area and particularly the complex in which our apartment was being sold in. He seem to have all the time in the world when we first met as he listened to the outcomes we hoped to achieve - not only did he listen, he heard us. Gary was recommended to us by friends for whom he had sold 2 properties over the years. We interviewed 2 other possible agents before we decided on Gary. He worked well with his colleague Dario. He was helpful with advice about presentation of the property, and helped with some liason with tradespeople. He had good knowledge of the St. Kilda Road market, in which he specializes. We were a bit disappointed with the sale price as we had to reduce it, but believe this was partly due to the market fluctuation at the time of our sale, with a large number of properties for sale in St. Kilda Road. Gary was always approachable and kept us 'in the loop'. We appreciated his persistent work and professional manner.
