We saw the property mid-way through its marketing campaign, we saw it twice before bidding for it at the auction. Grant was friendly & approachable. Both house & agent left us with good vibes about the impending auction. At the final inspection prior to settlement, Grant seemed a little worried as to whether we liked the property, maybe given we hadn't inspected it much prior to auction. We thought it said a lot about the agent, that he bothered even though we had obviously already bought it. And the garage door was fixed, as was promised during the auction. So, good start, good feng shui!
