Two brilliant results in a matter of weeks! After selling house number one with Jake, we set about the sale of house number two. Jake was again excellent to deal with - his communication exemplary - and we managed to sell the second property and progress that to unconditional in a very short period of time. Couldn’t recommend Jake more to friends and family looking to sell their property.

When I first met Jake after being recommended his services, it was easy to tell that he would be the perfect fit. A professional yet relaxed approach made him easy to talk with to discuss my needs in regards to the property sale. During the short time the house was on the market, Jake’s communication stood out. He was constantly letting me know how things were tracking, how many had been through the property and whether we had any potential buyers. House sold within weeks. Jake was terrific!
