I have got 3 properties on the market at the same time in different locations. Jake has been absolutely amazing. The house was sold in “lightening” time. He kept me informed every part of the way, updating, emailing, suggesting etc! The difference between the agents I am using are as to “chalk to cheese”. At times I have always thought “doesn’t matter which agent you go too as they’re all the same”. Jake had changed my mind on this. He is in a league of his own. Thank you Jake.

As sellers in an interesting housing market. We felt that we were kept informed which gave us confidence that our needs were being met and addressed as required. Appreciated the open communication that continued through out this sale process.

Two brilliant results in a matter of weeks! After selling house number one with Jake, we set about the sale of house number two. Jake was again excellent to deal with - his communication exemplary - and we managed to sell the second property and progress that to unconditional in a very short period of time. Couldn’t recommend Jake more to friends and family looking to sell their property.
