We recently bought a house from Kelly's Real Estate and we were absolutely shocked by how rude our agent was. The property had numerous issues, Laurel would take a long time to reply, avoided responding to our concerns and made promises to fix things which were never fixed. In the end we were left feeling at a loss and ended up needing to fork out much more than we expected in repair costs for things she promised would be fixed. She made sure not to put her replies in writing. We have bought through numerous Real Estate agents and this was by far our worst experience because we felt the agent was dishonest and rude. After spending a great deal of money we were handed the keys with not even as little as a 'Congratulations' which summed up the lack of care that this Real Estate had for us. My recommendation is to go through someone else.
