This year I decided to refurbish it… my Property Manager ‘stepped up’, she investigated suitable painters and floor covering suppliers on my behalf, as I live and work, quite a distance away. I then visited Port Lincoln, met with the Painter and selected paint colours and then the floor coverings supplier. Shelby, the Property Manager - oversaw all the work on my behalf - for which I am very grateful.
