In the last 3 years my rental properties have changed real estate agents 4 times without any decision of my own. Over this period i have seen a significant drop in care and professionalism towards my interests. In june this year i decided to take my rental properties to Kemp Real estate hoping to rectify this. Shelby has been managing my properties for me and has already been very quick in responding to my queries and also efficient in chasing up any issues. I was also notified of bills that had not been paid from previous real estate agents that i was unaware of. Ive felt that since Kemp real estate has taken over managing my properties alot of maintenance and upkeep of my properties has gone left unchecked with previous agents, and although a bit of a head ache im much appreciative of shelby and the kemp team for pointing out these issues and getting my properties back to the standard that i wish for my properties and my tennants. Shelby has been great in responding to my queries quickly and efficiently. Late rates and bills that had gone unnoticed through previous real estates were discovered by Shelby, brought to my attention and dealt with accordingly. Although i have only recently changed to Kemp real estate, i do have a sense of relief and reassurance that my decision to change agents to Kemp was the correct one

In my experience with Shelby Richmond I have found that things only get done when I email and follow up. I was told all my works would be completed and tenants would be in asap, it took 2 and a half months of me emailing to follow up ask what has been done. I had to keep calling head office to ask why I wasn’t getting a response. When I said I wasn’t very happy the process was sped up but now I’m waiting on a response that’s been about 2 weeks now. I feel like because I live in Sydney it’s an excuse to leave me waiting. I pay good rates and definitely think Shelby could be more on the ball and proactive rather than waiting for me to email and follow up! After I said I wasn’t happy, things progressed & Shelby was great! Just wish It is like that the whole time instead of only when I complain.

The process was simple and easy. We thought it would be hard to find a place due to the demand in real estate. Coming from Adelaide Janine was very helpful in providing a virual tour of the house prior to moving in, she was also very welcoming. Setting up the electricity etc was also very easy and non stressful. Finally, the house was in great condition as shown on the ad.
