Georgie was always very helpful and courteous to deal with throughout the purchasing process. Importantly I was kept informed of all the key information without me having to seek assistance, but when I did the response was always prompt. Thanks for your help.

As a buyer, Carl was easy to deal with and provided all the info we needed in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend if you are looking to purchase a property.

We pushed hard. He remained always cordial and continued to argue our case fairly with the vendor as he did the vendor's case with us, over a very protracted negotiation period that tested both parties' patience. One could hardly wish for better than that.

Carl was super helpful from beginning to settlement. He found me my perfect home in record time, which fit exactly into my set criteria and budget. Carl was always available to answer any questions by phone, txt or email (and as a clueless first home buyer, there was plenty), and his response was instant. The market knowledge Carl displays is second to none, and I felt fully comfortable having him as my agent. I will 100% have my next house handled by Carl and his expert team.

Carl has now sold 5 allotments out of our subdivision of 6 allotments. He has been easy to deal with and very professional in his dealings with both parties. He has essentially achieved the prices that we wanted for each allotment. We have had no set backs or problems with any of the contracts. I would commend Carl to anyone looking for an enthusiastic and motivated agent who gets the job done.
