We have known Carl for over 8 years and during that time he has been our selling agent at Kemp Real Estate . Carl has sold over 30 properties for us . He is very energetic, has great communication skills and keeps us totally informed at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Carl as one of Port Lincolns most professional real estate agents . Yours faithfully , Ron and Janet Forster

Melissa only showed us one house that met our needs 100% She also valued a unit we own. My wife and myself were impressed with Mel's knowledge in the area and presentation. On Mel's advise we intend to place the unit on the market over the Christmas Holiday Season with Mel as our Agent.

Melissa has proven herself a couple of times for me, helping Denis and myself buy our home in Port Lincoln and then assisting me to downsize recently. She has always been extremely helpful, processing an excellent understanding of the local market, and very approachable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Melissa to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property locally. A very friendly and thoughtful person.

Melissa was the agent who helped us buy a block of land and also successfully sell our existing family home in a down turning market. Melissa’s deep understanding of the house and land sales process and her advice gave us the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate our way through the real estate market. She did this in a way that she soon became a friend, supportive and understanding of our needs, and always a welcome visitor. Melissa quickly and thoroughly followed up our requests and questions, and her attention to detail was maintained through the whole journey. Thank you Melissa. You are always welcome in our new home.
