We had several real estate agents appraise our house and Melissa did not suggest the highest price. We were immediately impressed by her market knowledge - as buyers ourselves we had seen houses sit on the market for ages only to sell well below their starting price, a long time down the track - we wanted to sell the house, not sit on it. Throughout the (very short) process, Melissa communicated with us constantly - she treated everyone making offers with respect and sold the house for more than we were expecting. The advice provided highlighted the unique qualities of the property and other factors to consider in maximizing the sale potential. Melissa was very clear in her communication and gave a realistic appraisal, with a requirement to sell the property as quickly as possible. The property was only listed for three weeks, during which time the open inspections conducted were professional with great advice provided on making the house as inviting as possible. Melissa communicated regularly on the progress of the sale, right up to settlement. I would highly recommend Melissa to any vendor looking to sell and to any purchaser looking to buy.
