Hi, I Found Melissa Turner as a professional whose approach which is relaxing and straight to the point. Having bought the property through Melissa some years ago, and having been involved in many real estate experiences in other states over the years, (over 70's age group now), When I decide to sell the property, I spoke to many agents around Port Lincoln. looking for a professional person to act on my behalf. Melissa Turner is definitely head and shoulders above other agents that I spoke to in regards to expertise local knowledge and professional approach to selling real estate and I have no hesitation in recommending her for all your real estate needs. Melissa made the selling of the property really easy due mainly to her intimate knowledge of the area and the current climate for sales. Every step of the process was explained clearly with all possible alternatives discussed for full considerations. The property sold well within expectations of time and the selling price was slightly higher than the asking price. I was kept informed along the way and the form work made as easy as it could be. Thanks Melissa!

We had several real estate agents appraise our house and Melissa did not suggest the highest price. We were immediately impressed by her market knowledge - as buyers ourselves we had seen houses sit on the market for ages only to sell well below their starting price, a long time down the track - we wanted to sell the house, not sit on it. Throughout the (very short) process, Melissa communicated with us constantly - she treated everyone making offers with respect and sold the house for more than we were expecting. I have since heard only positive comments about peoples experiences working with Melissa to sell their property. Overall it was a really good experience for us and I can confidently recommend Melissa Turner as an agent.

Melissa provided helpful selling tips well in advance of the property going on the market, to ensure that we were able to prepare the property for sale in our own time. The advice provided highlighted the unique qualities of the property and other factors to consider in maximizing the sale potential. Melissa was very clear in her communication and gave a realistic appraisal, with a requirement to sell the property as quickly as possible. The property was only listed for three weeks, during which time the open inspections conducted were professional with great advice provided on making the house as inviting as possible. Melissa communicated regularly on the progress of the sale, right up to settlement. I would highly recommend Melissa to any vendor looking to sell and to any purchaser looking to buy.

When we wanted to sell our property we went straight to Melissa Turner, for us it was never about Kemp Real Estate we wanted Melissa. We had previously purchased a block of land through her and found her to be professional, efficient but most of all is a real person with down to earth people skills. She made the job of selling our very non standard property feel almost simple. We would say that her communication with us during every stage was 100%, we never wondered what was going on. We have recommended Melissa to friends. Sincerely Errol & Carolyn Harvey
