Having been in the market to purchase a home for a few months we had a number of less-than-ideal encounters with real estate agents however dealing with David was a pleasure. Rather than having set viewing times where everyone comes along and no one gets the opportunity to ask the agent questions because one or 2 people monopolize their time, David was free with his time allowing personal viewings, answered all questions with a great deal of knowledge, insight and honesty. With David's assistance we were able to move up the settlement date and were in our new place 3 weeks after making an offer. David is very client focused and even took the time to provide us with a pre-settlement viewing. Picking up the keys to our new place was an exciting time and David didn't disappoint presenting our keys attached to a lovely bottle of champagne he took the time to take some photos of our celebratory moment. We both would like to thank David and the team at Azzopardi Kempton for making the experience a short and pleasant one and wish them a merry Christmas and happy new year.
