I have known David as the Nedlands expert since the 1990s, the days of Kempton Morrill, Rosen Azzopardi, black and white ads in the Saturday newspaper lift-out and weekly gazette. Many have come and gone, but David and his close-knit team still stand, with the same passion and unique knowledge of Nedlands and Crawley. In fact, it still feels like it was yesterday that I handed over the keys to David to manage my investment. But that was actually over 2 decades ago! During those 20+ years there was virtually no vacant periods, David's team swiftly marketing, securing the right tenants on time, and always generating a win-win outcome for all parties involved. When time eventually came to sell, it was sad for me to close this chapter. Again I called upon David's skills. Despite the uncertainty in the market, David came up with the best strategies to generate the right offers, and eliminate pitfalls and time-wasters. Surprisingly there were no delays, and the sale process went like clockwork.

David and Karen have managed my investment property in Shenton Park for many years.
