Therefore when we decided to sell It was a simple decision to go back to her and yes we did speak to other agents to check the market before doing so. Yet again Terri did a brilliant job keeping us in the loop at every stage of the process and achieving the price she nominated up front which incidentally was we thought a little ambitious, although we did not complain. We highly recommend Terri and will use her again if needed. She was an extremely persistent, integrous and friendly agent with very thorough communication. In a softening period of the year, Terri achieved a contract very quickly. Though the first contract unfortunately fell through, Terri persisted with very long open hours for a second and even backup contracts. The decorating ideas and styling aides that Terri added to the open home for the entire sale campaign was also a valuable touch in achieving a great price and competitive negotiations. Before selling our house with Terri we first met her in buying a home so had vetted her from all angles - as buyer and seller.
