Lovely experience

Above and Beyond!
Terri was great to deal with before, during and after the process of selling our property. The chemistry of our relationship was very positive. She provided helpful tips and suggestions on how to best prepare our home. Her organisation and flexibility in accommodating our needs, to provide a successful plan of attack worked! She provided prompt and succinct feedback both during the sale and confirmation periods. Her professionalism and perseverance shone through in the final hectic days over the Christmas period to meet the tight contract deadlines. Terri has an excellent knowledge of building codes and legal requirements and has a practical approach to solving problems or issues. Terri was a great agent for us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, or use her again.
