About Maria

Maria has spent her entire working life in the real estate industry. She first commenced doing Strata Management and built up a substantial business for her Company. From there Maria went into property management and sales and then for a period of around six years, established her own real estate company, In 2011 Maria sold her company to us and came back to work with us at the same time. Maria is a fully qualified and Licensed Agent in her own right and also holds a Certificate in Accounting. As General Manager, Maria does all the Trust Accounting work making sure our clients get all their bills paid and their own money transferred to them accurately and on time each month, and supervises all of the office operations.

About Sarah

Sarah joined us in 2021 to take up a Property Management position. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Sarah had extensive experience in Administration and Customer Service. She already owns her first investment property which has literally given her fist-hand experience of all that is involved in being a Landlord. Sarah has a deep passion for all things real estate and brings that passion and dedication to her work. She is dedicated to providing a very high standard of customer service and works hard for her Landlord clients as well as Tenant customers. Sarah is also the very proud mother of a son.

Long time Landlord, the staff and customer service provided with the highest regard.

With my recent tenancy open for new tenants, I was overwhelmed by the vast number of applicants at the Open Inspection. So much so that the Kevin Hodges staff had two people handling the inspection on the day. The time and professionalism taken to process the high number of applicants was much appreciated with a good outcome for a young family. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a great property manager who will provide professional service and great communication.
