I’ve been really happy with how my property has been managed. Being interstate, I need to be able to trust that things will be taken care of without me having to chase them up, and they’ve been great with this. They’re always quick to respond and organise repairs or anything else that needs doing, and they’ll give me a call if something more significant comes up. They’re also really thorough when choosing tenants and won’t just put anyone in the property for the sake of filling it. It’s reassuring knowing my property is in good hands.

Very happy with the service Barker Real Estate provides! Would highly recommend to any other Landlords

So far so good. Lovely staffs.

Communicated clearly and made the hand over process simple for first time renters! Everyone we have engaged with has been polite and helpful! Credit to their culture and team!

Lauren was a pleasure to meet and to work with. Process was well explained and we were made to feel listened to and supported. Professional service and solid demonstration of market knowledge of the area. We felt confident in signing up with Lauren and the Property Management team at Ray White Gawler.

Very helpful in every aspect, Very professional and always there to assist in any way.
