Finding the best rental property for my needs
I viewed a property listed by Kevin Hodges Real estate, and mentioned to the agent that I needed a property that would be easier to maintain. A few days later I was invited to inspect another property, which was just right 👍. Her attention to detail, market knowledge, and hard work was very appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble!. Very happy with KHR service, professionalism and support.

Friendly, pleasant and helpful
I find Kevin Hodges to be a very accommodating, helpful and friendly real estate agent. Sarah Jarvis my property manger is incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful not to mention just a nice person to talk to and it’s an absolute pleasure every time an inspection comes around. I appreciate been able to remain in this house and I’ve always felt very comfortable and satisfied with how everything runs through this agent. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and my property manger and appreciate the personal and helpful nature by which they conduct business.

Well organised , easier to work with, makes the whole process simple
I have been with Kevin Hodges Real Estate for about 3 years now after my previous managers decided to retire from property management. I find them very thorough and a pleasure to deal with. They do all the hard work and take care of everything for me. In particular Sarah who looks after my property has been a delight to work with. Sarah is down to earth very friendly and always helpful, takes care of every aspect of the property, and handles any problems that arise. All I have to do is say yes or no to requests, everything else is taken care of. I can thoroughly recommend Kevin Hodges Real Estate if you want a professional well organised property manager that makes the whole process easy for you.
