Stuck with us in tough market
Damien was the only one of the three agents I asked to appraise our property to actually go and speak to our tenant and have a good look at the place. That got him the listing and even though the first 6 months didn't secure the sale, despite the painting and recarpeting Damien organised, he never gave up on being there for regular open inspections. After a 4 month hiatus Damien relisted it for us and this time the suitable purchaser was found. At all times Damien communicated with me every step of the way, at times even on public holidays and weekends.
