We decided to use Damien as our agent because we were confident in his skills and liked his genuine approach when we purchased the house off him originally. We were selling for the first time and were confident that Damien could get us the sale. The only thing we would have done differently is spoken more in depth about the open home process as we often had his assistant attending which was ok on occasion but we found we got more feedback and follow up when Damien was in attendance. We found this to be especially important when we decided to invest in paper marketing to push our sale to a broader market and would have preferred Damien to be in attendance for the open homes while this campaign was active. This is something we -in hindsight- should have discussed prior. The process was all a learning curve for us and we are still very happy with Damien and the outcome and would consider his services again.

Where others houses in Castle Hill had been for sale for many months and in some cases for years Damien had a good result within weeks. Damien and his staff made the best of a sad and not very joyful experience...without Damien's local knowledge and empathetic attitude this sale would not have been achieved in what was a flat-market. Despite the angst, largely self-induced, Damien Keyes brought a sense of reality and perspective to the process. And assisted in the last days of the settlement which was a little unsettling.
