About us

Ron Hicks, our Principal has been established in Nambour since 1979, commencing as a franchisee of a major Australian agency, regularly achieving the highest sales turnover for Queensland. In 1992, Keyline Realty was launched. We source the best training methods and systems. We do our own market research to be in the best position to help our potential clients, but it's our people who make the difference. Training is ongoing. People usually only sell to solve a problem. We endeavour to be a little akin to a social worker solving problems and getting great results. We run our operation as a family business. Consequently, our clients feel that they are part of our extended family and we look forward to welcoming many more people into our circle of satisfied buyers and sellers.

Kindness Counts!

We had met Paul 12-months prior at another open home and he made such an impression, that we remembered him by his kindness when he just happened to be showing the home we wanted to buy. We had joked that “if we were buying, this is a guy who deserved his commission.” In a tough market, we had met a number of agents and were so surprised with Paul’s care, consideration and kind honesty that he showed to us as the buyer. He got things moving quickly and kept us informed and at ease throughout the process. We would highly recommend Paul if you’re looking to sell, and if you’re lucky enough to be buying one of the properties he’s representing.
