Adam Keys has superior knowledge of the market and market trends in Runaway Bay, the Gold Coast, Queensland and interstate. This was helpful as I was moving interstate. Julia was extremely knowledgeable on the current market. I informed her of what price we needed to obtain and not only did she achieve it, she actually exceeded it. She sold the property on the first inspection prior to going to market.
