Excellent Agency
I cannot recommend highly enough Gina, Courtney & team as Property Managers. They have been managing my investment property since I purchased it a number of years ago from King & Company. They have always handled maintenance issues promptly and efficiently & inspection reports are true & correct. They have sound local knowledge & I believe, they are truly vested in the area. Where I work I see first hand how “south” a property can go when inspections aren’t being carried out on a regular basis. Thank you again Team - you are truly fabulous💐

Customer oriented, reliable property management
Gina has been managing properties for us for over 15 years, and we have barely had a few weeks untenanted. She always works hard to ensure the highest occupancy rates, along with finding quality tenants. Any issues are dealt with seamlessly, and Gina finds the right balance between the tenants needs/requests and the landlords interests - which ensures the property is maintained properly, minimising unnecessary spend, and also maintaining tenant longevity at the properties. I would highly recommend Gina for property management services.
