Above and beyond

Taylor made buying a home for the first time less stressful
Taylor was easy to contact and would always call us back. She was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. She was very respectful and organised. She was always on time and flexible with viewing times. She was able to give recommendations if there was a house that fit our criteria. If I could go back I would buy a house from Taylor everytime.

Five Stars!
Dynamic, Proactive, Driven, Helpful and Ambitious. I possess none of these qualities. However, Taylor at King & Company is every bit of this and more. She helped us achieve a record price for my dads property and was always contactable and respectful through the process. Taylor always went above and beyond what a normal Sales Agent would do, helping liaise with the tenant and my rental agent who was deplorable. I highly recommend Taylor and her team and can't thank her enough for her amazing work!

Felt Supported and Looked After as a First‑Home Buyer
As a first‑home buyer, I really appreciated how polite and approachable Taylor was throughout the entire process. She responded quickly to all my questions and was able to handle my anxiety and pressure in a calm and reassuring way, which made me feel genuinely comfortable dealing with her. I felt taken care of and confident that my interests were being looked after. The whole purchase moved quickly, with everything coming together within about a week, and there was constant communication, so I always knew what was happening. Taylor also kept in regular contact after key milestones to make sure I was following through well, which gave me even more confidence that I was in good hands.

We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell my dad’s house. Courtney was a breath of fresh air. She knew the market well and communicated everything through a group chat.
