Courtney and her team are brilliant
King and Co had been looking after our rental property for 7 years. When we were thinking of selling, Courtney's knowledge was invaluable. She didn't over promise or try to convince us either way. Courtney just gave us the information we needed to make a good decision. Within 2 weeks of deciding to sell, our house was on the market and under contract, despite the floods.
