Professional and supportive
When I sold my property with Courtney through King&Co, she was very professional and knew what she was doing. I ended up having difficult buyers who kept extending out the contract and making unrealistic requests but Courtney held it together and was very supportive. Thank you for exceeding any expectations I had. You were champions.

Made our dreams come true!
Courtney was very professional showing us through the house, and had a good knowlege of both the house and the market. She explained the process in detail, and uncommonly had the house listed for the range it actually sold for. After 6 frustrating months in the market, Courtney assisted us in securing this home, and has helped us every stage of the way with what we needed and when. A great sale in difficult circumstances.
I am still elated at the professional standard Courtney and co handled a difficult sale. The tenant's were rude , unhelpful and a drawback to a smooth sale. Fortunately, Courtney and co overcame all these obstacles and achieved a fantastic sale. I cannot recommend them enough, and I'd give 10 stars if they were available.

One of the easiest investment that I have done…
I have one of the best experience in owning an investment property through Courtney. With current market that so hot, most real estate agent seems like become so arrogant as there is very little things that they need to do to get a sales contract. That seems to be a different approach that Courtney and the team took. From my first correspondence and till the contract signed, she has been very helpful and informative and courtesy throughout the whole journey. I would not hesitate giving my recommendation for anyone that looking to sell or to buy a property through her. It’s just so easy and you don’t even feel the stress like most people do.
