I would be very happy to recommend both Courtney and King & Co.
After deciding to sell our investment property, King &Co were a natural choice. They had been professionally managing the property for nearly 8 years. Courtney was the Team member we spoke with initially,and her market appraisal was spot on. Courtney managed the various inspections each week, and after a short period, we achieved an excellent price.

Two other real estate agents tried to sell our house and did not get anyone to home opens.
The first home open with Taylor saw multiple groups through the door. One home open had 15 groups of people. She also went above and beyond our expectations by booking trades people for us and was always ready to discuss and explain everything to us. I couldn't give Taylor the stars that she deserves. If you need an agent, choose Taylor.

Overall very happy with Courtney and the team at king&company
Courtney made the whole transition super easy from start to finish, and with the help of her team there was nothing missed. The communication throughout was the biggest part I was happy with as they aloud me to know everything that was happening, from the initial open house to the building and pest & all the check ins all the way through until settlement. Highly recommend King&Company.
