Very professional and great to work with.
Kirsten was very easy to work with all the way through. We made her job harder by giving the market a try at a higher price, but she was willing to go along with our plan of having it high and then regularly dropping the price until we had a decent offer. She was excellent at keeping me updated all along the way and was also very good at returning my phone calls at her first appropriate opportunity. I also appreciated that she didn't take any calls when she was meeting with me. We had a hiccup towards the end of what we though was a definite sale and she was prepared to communicate further with the potential buyers, even meeting with me on site on a Sunday and passing on all relevant info to the buyers, which eventually caused a change in mind and the sale went ahead. Thank you Kirsten, you made our part easy and even though it wasn't a high price I am aware it was not a fault of yours, but just where the market was at that time for our block.

Property was sold quickly, communication was fantastic and very open.Kirsten always provided feedback in regards to viewing of property.
