Jarrod I am impressed with you as a keen representative for King and Heath. I have been asked by your firm to also write a report and have so. My only concerns throughout our association. As you know the initial signing left me a bit confused and my meeting with Paul Miles cleared that up. The only other concern I had I wasn't fully aware of the details on the sale note. I believed it was only a deposit holdup which was paid by the due date. I wasn't aware it was also conditional on of bank finance. After the cooling of period I believed my sale was done. After a few more days I saw my new property and signed paying deposit unconditionally believing mine was sold. Thank heavens for Eastcoast Conveyacing they picked the possible problem and got the seller of my new place to agree to condition of on finance been approved for my buyer. I was really upset and disappointed I didn't realise the note re finance. Jarrod I would recommend you as an honest reliable agent. A pleasure to deal with.
