Always helpful & no slick sales gimmics.
We found Conal to be helpful & good at explaining the reasons for why or why not through the sale of our apartment. Any query from the perspective purchaser was always conveyed to us, so we knew were we stood at all times. From the time of listing to time of receiving the accepted offer was approximately 14 days. We believe he gave us fair market evaluation and explained the reasons behind that. All transactions went through without fuss thanks to his team. A good positive experience.

We won't use anyone else
Rob and I are relocating from South Africa. It's a daunting and stressful time to move to a whole different continent with different cultures and people. However, Conal was a breath of fresh air. He and all of his colleagues were extremely warm to us and they went the extra mile. His kind, understanding service was appreciated. He made us feel right at home and made us see that we have made the right decision in moving to Burleigh Waters. We will only use Conal and Kingfisher for our future selling or buying requirements. Outstanding!
In recent times we have sold multiple properties in Burleigh, unfortunately we didn't meet with Conal before selling our other property as I have no doubt he would have achieved a far superior result with much less hassle than we experienced with another Burleigh Heads real estate agent, who was incompetent and should not have been in the industry. However fortunately we chose Conal and Kingfisher for this transaction and he exceeded all expectations. We sought to sell our 'off the plan' apartment before settlement was required, that placed a lot of pressure on Conal. Despite our transparency in discussions and Conal knowing we would meet the market, he didn't take advantage of our openness. Rather he worked to secure the best result for us and in my view for the purchaser. We did have one buyer withdraw after agreeing to terms and not paying a deposit, we moved quickly to revise our price and Conal worked each lead to its utmost before contacting us. He was nothing short of outstanding. We secured a fair price, perhaps not absolute top price but that was our decision not through him talking us or the property down. I'd have no hesitation in listing my next property with Conal. He's communication is tremendous, you don't need to chase him, he works the deal and then comes to you.
