Matt was excellent!
My partner and I brought our first property together recently with Matt. We were so happy to have Matt as our agent. Matt was super responsive and diligent in his work. He remembered the little things said during inspections, followed up, and sent through further details afterwards. For example he sent through additional information about recent sales in the area and he negotiated the inclusion of furniture in the sale with the seller after I mentioned it briefly during my inspection. I would trust him completely as a buyer or seller on any listing.
