Goes the Distance
Tough market, Conal remained confident and upbeat, opened the home 1-2 times every week and got us a great result in the end. Plenty of agents fire off their bullets in the first 4 weeks and lose interest but Conal goes the distance.

Conal Martin - knowledgeable, honest and personable.
Conal is a friendly, knowledgeable agent who is helpful and honest. Dealing with Conal and his team, from a buyer's perspective, has been a terrific experience all round. Conal organised private inspections on short notice and provided ongoing and useful communication throughout, resulting in the purchase of our new family home. I have no hesitation recommending Conal as his personable nature creates friendly and open communication, which is key.

Excellent Service - Seller
Conal was excellent to work with. House sold in 5 days. Whether you are buying or selling I would highly recommend you get in touch with Conal and Yasmin, their knowledge of the Burleigh market and area is above and beyond. We took Conal's advice back in 2007 not to sell and to sit on our property for a few more years (ended up being 16 years) but so glad we stayed. Thank you for that advice it certainly paid off.

Absolute joy!
Conal & Yasmin were so helpful in finding us the right property after the sale of our home. Excellent service!
We have used Conal for both selling and purchasing a property and compared to everyone else he really goes the extra mile. He checks in with you even when he doesn't have to (and when others don't), he very smoothly helps facilitate requests with the vendors/buyers and above all - he is very knowledgeable. I truly believe we got the price we got only because of his skills.
