Very good market knowledge and communication
Chris Ward, Kitson’s Realestate offered exceptional professional advice when deciding on the best marketing strategy. Access the the tenanted property was not always easy, however Chris was persistent and managed to establish a workable solution for everyone. Chris was diligent in keeping me informed about the outcome of inspections and provided feedback about how the market was responding to the property. 5 Star service.

Relaxing, friendly and professional
There is so many different reason we choose Kitsons as our agents but by far the main reason was the way Chris presented himself to not only us but our buyers. He was extremely professional throughout the process but continued to make us feel comfortable and relax.
