Adam Humbert moved to Wagga Wagga with his family at the ripe age of 2 and has called it home for the last 3 decades. From a young age Adam has always been a hard worker and has a strong work ethic. In 2021 Adam & Belinda were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to take over Kitson Property from founders Steve & Rebecca Kitson who over the previous 8 years established the business to be a well-recognized agency in the Wagga district. Steve & Rebecca Kitson have continued to be involved in the company in a sales and company mentor role. Top agent with a clear vision of the sale needs

Adam put together a defined strategy of sale that worked a treat in selling our house in a very short time frame with the minimum of fuss and bother. The end result was a sale within a few weeks and sale price that more than met our expectations. Knowledgeable and caring

Steve was fantastic to deal with selling our property. He was always happy to answer any questions we had no matter how small and worked with us to make sure that each decision and the timing was right for us. Excellent Agent

Adam was a natural choice to sell our house. He was positive and welcoming from the beginning. His discussions with us were open and honest and communication was clearly important to him, as well as for us. Adam explained the selling process clearly and he was true to his words in finding us the best buyer for our home. Fantastic, stress free and quick sale which met asking price in 2 days

Chris is a very personable and knowledgeable real estate agent. We loved that Chris had a genuine interest in the beauty and heritage behind our almost 100 year old house. He was very easy to communicate with and had a great incite into the value of our home. Chris believed our home was worth quite a substantial amount higher then others had valued it at, and with his guidance for presentation we had our house sold for asking price in under 2 days. We couldn't recommend Chis any higher to anyone looking to sell their home and we would absolutely use him as our agent again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous
