Brenton was very professional and easy to work with. He showed great initiative (reaching out with first phone call quickly) and had a solid game plan from the start for selling my unit. He had a clear strategy on how to get the unit presentable for the open inspection period drawing on his experience and from knowledge of the current housing market. This was demonstrated as my unit sold quickly (on the first weekend of opens) and for significantly more than expected. Brenton has good people skills and communicates well with all parties involved in selling property which include: the stylists, trades (painter, carpet installers, electrician etc.), conveyancer, other real-estate agents/companies and with potential purchasers. Through his good communication he was able to coordinate the whole sales process smoothly, efficiently and successfully! I had no problem working with Brenton and would definitely work again with him in the future and will recommend him to anyone who is interested in selling their property. Brenton was a good choice as our agent in that he lived in the suburb and had good experience selling houses in the area over an extended period. This background assisted in formulating a marketing strategy that matched his experience with the wishes of the family. We were selling the family home following my mother moving into aged care after over 70 years in the house. There were sensitivities which Brenton appreciated and accommodated. With four siblings as clients, Brenton ensured that there were clear communication channels and that all parties were informed of progress and developments in the sale process. Regular comprehensive reports about buyer interest, likely price range and any changes to the sales strategy were useful. There were some developments during the sales campaign that required discussion and approvals for changes and these were handled well by Brenton.
