Extremely helpful,really good background about the property that I was interested in, assistance beyond the expected with evaluation of the property through independent assessor. Clear precise instructions in terms of the auction format, excellent follow-up with the property owner following the successful purchase.

An exceptional experience
When I recently, had the need to sell a property, I engaged Brenton, whom I had known for some years, and whose frankness and integrity had always appealed. Though I knew he had the Klemich wealth of experience backing him, any concern that I held in relation to Brenton's relatively short tenure in the real estate industry, was quickly allayed. He meticulously researched contemporary listings and sales of like properties and presented a comprehensive comparison. Brenton diligently managed a number of trades people, whom he engaged on my behalf, to bring the property to its best marketable state. His attention to detail (he even has a broom in his car boot to sweep up autumnal leaf drop before open inspections), combined with ongoing consideration and advice on presale offers, led to a very rewarding outcome. At Brenton's suggestion we declined offers, proceeded to auction and sold the property for almost 20% more than our expectation. Having bought and sold 4 individual properties over the last two years, I can sincerely attest that this was my most comfortable and satisfactory vendor/agent experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Brenton to any intending vendor.

Exceptional experience
