Appreciate Luke arranging private inspection, as I was unable to attend weekend open house. Was given an honest estimate of necessary renovation costs. Auction was run professionally, and exchange and settlement procedures were well organised. Am currently undertaking renovations with assistance from Knapton Property. We rented the family home in 2018 when our parents went into a nursing home. They achieved the rent they quoted. After both of our parents passed away they had a buyer in March 2022, within 12 days of putting it on the market and, again, at the price they told us. My brother and I didn't think they'd achieve the quoted rent or the quoted sale price. Professional, honest and they know the area and the market.
