I purchased my property over 15 years ago from Luke at Knapton's and they have managed the leasing of it since then. Knapton's have always looked after me so of course I wanted Luke to look after the sale of my unit for me. Luke always communicated what was happening, they have extensive knowledge of the area with a great buyer database. As such, it sold quickly in a slow market for a price that I was very happy with.
