I have never dealt with the Knaptons before but had heard of their reputation, expertise and generational knowledge of the local area. So it was with no hesitation and a bit of a gut feeling, that I used them and didn't bother shopping around for an agent. They were never too busy to see me or answer any questions I had. Goals and objectives for the sale were set and met. A week after the property went on line and passed it's initial weekend inspection, we were delighted to have a very satisfying offer! I was fortunate enough to have Knapton real estate selling my apartment in McCourt Street Wiley Park . I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with what followed , my apartment was sold for an outstanding price seven days after listing . Furthermore it was the communication and the availability of Luke Knapton from that date on and he just made sure that everything went smoothly.
