I have had a 7 year relationship with Knaptons as my Rental Proprty (2). Managers. It has been a rewarding and stress free association, thanks to Luke, Lee, Andrew and Vicki. I have had a 99% occupancy on both units, minor problems reported by tenants have been quickly, efficiently and cost effectively taken care of. Communication by the Knapton team has been excellent and now has come the time to sell one of the properties as I head into retirement, Luke has taken care of all the details of sale, again a very stress free process as he has handled every last detail for me.
