Luke is not only affable and friendly, but he has a great way of communicating information to sellers and buyers. He is extremely knowledge about the inner west market. He made sure that I understood the market that I was selling in and What the challenges were, but always had a way of highlighting the positives in the process. I liked the way Luke communicated so much, that I bought the property from Luke, asked him to manage it for me and 9 years later asked him to sell it for me. Now that is confidence in someone! what is most impressive is his problem solving skills. No challenge is to hard! I would recommend Luke Knapton and the family agency for all real estate needs. We used Knaptons (both Luke and Leigh) to help sell a long-held family property. We chose Knaptons because, after some research, we believed them to be the most prominent in our product niche, a small block of old flats, in the district. From the outset they impressed us with their knowledge of our product, the district, the market and the values for similar products. They advised us on price, market potential and marketing methods. Their rates were very competitive. They delivered the goods to attract bidders using their own email listing and our internet and newspaper marketing. They kept us totally apprised of potential customers and their comments and bids. Knapton Property Agents have been amazing to deal with. Any enquiries I had were answered immediately.
