I had been looking for a house for several months and had seen the place that suited my specific requirements on line. I contacted Keith and was pleasantly surprised by his honest, open approach. He was able to answer questions I had regarding the property and if he was unsure of a query, he would find out and promptly ring me back with the information. Keith was able to meet with me at mutually suitable times, and patiently allowed me time at the property to conduct thorough inspections and ,as I was in Brisbane, even went to the property for me to check on an issue and then refer me to local tradesmen who could further assist me. He has clear and succinct communication skills and was able to clearly talk me through the process and liaise between myself and the vendors representative as the sale drew to a close. I never felt that Keith was pushy or only interested in getting a sale and his helpful, open approach has greatly restored my faith in real estate agents. I would happily use him again.

We were uncertain about value of sort of property that we wanted to buy as we're not from Bribie. Keith had a chat to us at an open home session. He took some notes and said he'd keep in touch. We rang Keith about a property that we were interested in but it had just had a contract signed. Keith then rang us to let us know the contract had fallen over and we made arrangements to see the property. On the day, our one hour trip turned into two hours. We rang Keith and he waited for us before dashing off to another property. We made an offer, Keith took it to the owner and our offer was accepted. At all times Keith has been friendly without being pushy and has helped us find our home on the Island, at a price we could afford. Call Keith if you need a professional who won't pester you.
