We were uncertain about value of sort of property that we wanted to buy as we're not from Bribie. Keith had a chat to us at an open home session. He took some notes and said he'd keep in touch. We rang Keith about a property that we were interested in but it had just had a contract signed. Keith then rang us to let us know the contract had fallen over and we made arrangements to see the property. On the day, our one hour trip turned into two hours. We rang Keith and he waited for us before dashing off to another property. We made an offer, Keith took it to the owner and our offer was accepted. At all times Keith has been friendly without being pushy and has helped us find our home on the Island, at a price we could afford. Call Keith if you need a professional who won't pester you.

We found Keith very easy to deal with, nothing was to much trouble for him, he made himself available when we requested a second inspection late in the afternoon. When he could not answer questions about the property, he found out the answers from the vendor and replied to us promptly. Overall a very competent and skilful agent, a pleasure to deal with.
