I never like giving reviews or references -until a person has given UNUSUALLY GREAT SERVICE. Its rare ! - I do property and have tenants for a business in inner city Sydney ...Keith presented and sold my mother's house in Bribie Island working with me. First his support / help to fix/ clear/ tidy up / repair/ clean was really good and we very much appreciated using his "in place team " To support getting the house prepared - Was VERY HAPPY with that service. I got to know Keith and he is a real professional . And i am a hard person to please ! He is also a real honest genuine trader of a high standard - i would give Keith 100 out of 100 as a real estate agent . I believe that is rare ! From the listing to the finalising the Contract Keith was the ultimate professional. He had our property under contract within days of listing and with the banks being harder on their finance, he maintained communication with us through an extended finance option.
