Local real estate agent goes above and beyond

Wonderful outcome & a pleasure to deal with
I hadn't met Natalie prior to the sale of our home but we were very pleased we chose her & the Knock Knock team. We were reluctant to sell & decided we would only accept the sale price from Natalie's initial price guide. Her words were, Ill sell it fast & I'll sell it for more than you expect. Her comments were spot on, house was on the market for four days, sold the afternoon of our first open house & yes, the price pleasantly exceeded our expectations. Her knowledge of the current market, professionalism & experience was a key factor to us. Not to mention she is a lovely person, so easy to deal with, she couldn't do enough for us. Her professional manner was prompt & courteous from start to finish. At the end of the day its the results that count & we got the result !
