I originally went with kore from a recommendation from a friend and also because they are close to my town.I must say I am delighted with the friendliness and nothing is a problem. They arrive on time for their appointments or phone to advise if they are running late, and they always return a call if required, communication is very important to me, also easy to discuss all aspects of what is required. I have several properties all over Sydney and I asked a few Realestate Teams to manage my properties including Kore Property Group in Illawong. Kore Property Group has been managing two of my properties and the Management Manger, Alicia Dowling has been doing an excellent job for me. She always responded all my requests and a very trustworthy person. Therefore I let her decide and let her do all the decisions of renting and minor repairing / renovating jobs on my behalf.
