When we first inspected the rental property we were impressed with Anna. She was on time the property was ready for inspection. Anna was friendly and helpful and the property was clean and well presented. Anna processed our application very quickly and if our references couldn't be contacted she let us know so we could follow up. When we were lucky enough to secure the property everything was explained well and handled in a efficient and professional way. The inspection report was very thorough. Rebecca and the team took over our self managed property as we were away travelling and our tenants gave notice. They took onboard the closure of the previous lease seamlessly and worked with our outgoing tenants to close their lease. They did a great job organising trades and cleaners to prepare the property for advertisement and found new tenants within days of advertising. Wonderful work!
