Outstanding service - the best I've had in either Perth or Melbourne!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Max Denn and the KPR Team. From the initial evaluation through to settlement Max was excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process. He ensured we had realistic expectations for the sale price and contacted us after each inspection to keep us informed. As someone selling from afar (I live in Melbourne and my mum, who owned the property while based in Perth, often has difficulty driving) I felt completely confident that the final price achieved by Max was the best given the property condition and current market; with the shortest settlement time an absolute bonus. If you're looking for a knowledgable, down to earth but professional agent to sell a unit I highly recommend you add Max Denn and KPR Realty team to your shortlist, although I doubt you'll find a better agent! If I could use them to sell all our investment properties in the future I would, as I can't fault them in any way. Thank you again for making what could have been a very stressful sales process feel so easy.
